Bombinate uses Ubu to supercharge their interaction management.

Bombinate receives around 500 DMs on Instagram every week. They could either choose to look at it as a burden that needs to be dealt with, or as an opportunity to engage with their community. With Ubu, the choice is pretty simple.

Using Ubu’s community management features, Bombinate is able to take their interaction management to the next level.

  • They assign different DMs to the right members of their team, so that no interaction is left behind and their community receives responses when they expect it.
  • By utilising in-conversation notes, members of their team that pick up the conversation in the future know exactly where things were left, and any other relevant information about the person they're interacting with.

Bombinate is able to build processes and set structure to responding to queries on Instagram.

  • They run giveaways on a monthly basis, and Ubu has been able to help them stay on top of the number of comments that they receive.
  • Using Ubu, they're able to internally monitor how many comments they can reply to and how many DMs they can answer, and this helps them set up structure and process in the way they get back to users.

To sum it up—

Ubu has helped us in establishing processes and building relationships with our community in a way that’s helpful and easy to understand for the members of our team, without compromising past relationships that we’ve built.

Alessandra Russo, Head of Content at Bombinate

Alessandra also did a wonderful interview with us on Selling Social, our social commerce newsletter, where she explained their strategy and learnings when it came to content, and how they built their community.
